HSC holds Lucky Pinwheel Design Competition to encourage HSC cardholder/HS Residents to use the upcycling materials to make your unique, representative and festive pinwheels so that you can deliver festive blessing and harmony of the community and neighborhood. Hong Kong Housing Society residents are welcomed to join. Details can be found from the enrollment form.
