Evaluation
To analyze service effectiveness and social impact, the Housing Society commissioned the Sau Po Centre on Ageing of The University of Hong Kong to carry out two studies at our rental estates, including the longitudinal study of the AIP Scheme (2014-2017) and a Social Return on Investment (SROI) Study. The final results of two studies showed positive outcomes and sustainability.

in the AIP Scheme (2016-2017), that bring significant benefits to the elderlies,
their families, as well as the society as a whole.
